What should I wear?

Each event has a suggested dress code listed—take a peek next to the event details and you’ll know exactly how extra (or comfy) to go!

For the Indian events, we’ve listed a few recommended vendors in the Indian Attire section if you need help finding something fabulous.

But seriously—don’t stress. If you’re unsure or want a second opinion, just reach out to us directly. We’re happy to help decode the difference between anarkali and lehenga (or just say “yes, wear that, you’ll look amazing!”).

Bottom line: We want you to feel great, look good, and dance freely.

Are there any colors that guests should avoid wearing?

For Indian events: Please avoid wearing gold or red—those shades are reserved for the bride (she called dibs, and honestly, she’ll be glowing enough to light up the room)

For the reception: Kindly skip white dresses—we're going classic Western here, and the bride will be in white. Let her have her main character moment.

Are children welcome?

Absolutely—bring the kiddos to everything! We fully expect tiny sherwanis, sparkly lehengas, and some next-level dance moves from the under-10 squad.

Only leave them behind if you need a break. Otherwise, the more giggles, the better. This is a family party, and we’re here for the chaos.

Will there be dancing?

This is not just a wedding. This is a 3-day music video.
Yes, there will be dancing—planned, impromptu, choreographed, questionable. Join the madness.

What's the weather going to be like?

New England in July is like a mystery box: could be sunny and gorgeous, could be humid enough to steam your samosas, or it might just decide to rain & thunderstorm... because it can.

Fortunately all our events are indoors so we should be (fingers crossed) relatively safe from weather drama :)

Who should I reach out to if I have more questions?

For any questions, feel free to reach out directly to Vidya or Nishant. We’re happy to help!
